After graduating from the University of Western Ontario, Emmett worked in law and politics before finding his calling in executive recruitment. He entered the field in 2003, initially helping pioneer recruitment in digital marketing for some of the world’s leading advertising agencies.
His practice expanded into Consumer Packaged Goods, Business to Business and Financial Services, with particular depth in senior sales, marketing and operations mandates. His client experience includes organizations such as General Mills, Electrolux, Campbell Soup Company and Kraft Foods.
Today, every search still begins with a direct conversation: what the business needs, where the team is going, and which person has the experience and character to move it forward.
